Full Day Wildlife & Culture Experience

Description

Your day starts with a 2 hour visit to the local San village at N/a’ankuse Wildlife Sanctuary and experience a variety of San activities such as tracking in the bush, fire making traditional San fire sticks, craft making and hunting in the traditional San way. These tours are an excellent way for the San to preserve their knowledge and to earn a living through tourism. From there you will enjoy lunch in the lounge and have chance to relax a bit by the pool before heading out on the afternoon carnivore feeding tour.
The afternoon feeding tour allows you to watch animals such as, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah and wild dog being fed by an experienced guide and these is a good chance to get some spectacular photos. This is not just a great way to learn about these amazing animals and how they behave in the wild, it is also a great up close photo opportunity.

Description

Explore windhoek with its stunning view from the famous Christ church and get to know the comprehensive history of Windhoek and Namibia from colonial era to modern day.
We visit the Christ Church, Ink Palace, Parliament Gardens, and the Old Fort. From the city centre we then drive to the Katutura Township. Katatura is Windhoek’s informal settlement and estimated to be home to more than two thirds of Windhoek’s 325,000 people. The township is a vibrant and exciting place to visit and a great chance to get a bit of insight into some of the more traditional Namibian cultures and try some Namibian delicacies.
