Mannor Safaris Is a truly Namibian owner- managed Tour Company committed to providing world -class experiences to all our travellers. Founded in 2012 by Theo Hango; after seventeen years of working experience in the tourism industry. Mannor Safaris is a professional tour and safari operator, specialized in wildlife and landscape tours for small groups, families and individuals. Our groups are limited to seven (7) participants so that the groups remains at a manageable size and for full personal attention. Our aim is to provide safaris that are educational, explorative, fun and awe- inspiring.

A dedicated Team of Safari expert; with passion and profound skills, understanding of the country and industry, they operate in. They have travelled extensively throughout Namibia and they are on hand daily to offer you professional unsurpassed local advice. Theo Hango

Theo is a Namibian born and bred; grew up at a village north of Etosha National park. Theo introduced to the tourism industry in 1995 as a hospitality student, and his job attachment/ in-service training was always in Etosha National park, and this gave him exposure to wildlife as well as to international tourists. After successful completion of his study, he worked as a tour consultant and later on as a tour guide, arranging seamless holidays for individual travellers, families, as well as for larger groups. He found Mannor Safaris Namibia in 2012 after 17 years of working experience in tourism industry. Theo spend most of his time running the operations and marketing for Mannor Safaris Namibia. However, he still finds time to guide.

Norma

Norma is a Namibian graduate from the field of Human resource management, very focused and eager to take on the challenges of the tourism industry. She was born and raised on a farm in otjozondjupa region, where she developed her love for the outdoors exploring the farm with a tractor or on a horseback. She enjoy designing safaris from scratch as well as meeting guests on arrival in Namibia and brief them on their journey. She has travelled extremely well in southern Africa, part of Europe and Asia.

Peter

Peter was born and raised in Ovamboland where he completed both his junior and higher schooling. After completion of his higher school, he then relocate to Windhoek in search for employment. They offered him a job at one of the game lodge as a trainee game tracker, where he would track wild animals and drive the guests to them. This is where his love for nature developed, and he went on to work for several safari companies before joining us. He is one of our highly rated guide with an ideal eye to track wildlife animals.

Simon (Tour Guide)

Simon was born and raised in Windhoek Namibia’s capital city. He first started to work with tourists as an airport shuttle driver, transporting tourists between airport and hotels. He move on and worked for a variety of tourism companies, which has given him an opportunity to explore Namibia as well as the neighbouring countries. He has acquired extensive guiding experience for several years with various safari companies before joining us; and he has fitted extremely well with the existing team.

Foster (Tour Guide)

Foster came from Rundu a small town northeast of Namibia alongside the Okavango River. He first started to work as an assistant cook at one of the international tour company. This gave him an opportunity to explore the entire southern Africa as well as to East Africa. After completion of some guiding courses, he became a guide commanding the huge overland truck from border to border and the rest is history. Foster is one of our highly rated guide in our team with a seamless guiding experience.

All recommended routes has been tried and tested, as all the accommodation on your tour.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is in highly rated lodges and guesthouses throughout the tour, with three meals per day. There are no set meals; you are free to choose from the restaurant’s menu.

Community and Conservation

As a Namibian travel company, we conduct our business in an environmental conscious manner. Many of our preferred lodges and camps are supporting local communities through small grassroots projects. We will recommend various shops and craft centres that sell local Namibian products, thereby giving our guest a chance to directly support local people and their companies. Tourism can have a very positive impact on the surrounding communities, as well as having a minimal impact on the environment. We work with local communities, employed Namibian and protect our environment for the benefit of the future generations.
